Fabia was an outstanding bartender, so personable, knowledgeable, and truly skilled when it comes to drinks and food recommendations. She made the experience feel welcoming from the moment I sat down and was attentive without being overbearing. You can tell she really knows her craft and cares about the guests. The manager, Neil, was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The service was smooth, friendly, and professional, and the vibe of this location was great. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Fridays location to others for the excellent service and hospitality.

Went for food and drinks with a friend. Atmosphere was nice and still decorated for the holidays. Alot of space to accommodate our wheelchairs. Drinks were on point. Especially the mudslide. The music was Viking with old school 90's. Will definitely go again

Fabia was an excellent hostess who provided the utmost best experience for us. Even though she was serving food and drinks by herself, she held down the fort with such expertise that I honestly thought there were three of her. Our food came out in a timely manner, everything tasted great, and her hospitality and attentiveness truly stood out. We really appreciated her exceptional service.

Stopped in with my girl to grab some food and unwind, and we had such a good experience. Shantell was the manager on duty, and she really made the difference. We ordered drinks first, and everything came out fast. When our food arrived, it was hot and fresh, and everything tastes really good. Shantell came by to check on us and make sure we were happy with our orders, and when we had a quick question, she made sure everything was taken care of right away. We ended up chatting with her for a bit, and she was such a pleasure to talk to Super welcoming, positive energy, easy to converse with, and very attentive without hovering. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and wants everyone to feel comfortable and taken care of. The whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable. We will definitely be back to this location soon.

We had such a great experience at TGI Fridays, and a big part of that was thanks to Fabia, our waitress/ bartender ! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile, communicated clearly about our wait time, and made sure we felt comfortable right away. Fabia’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. She checked in with us, kept everything organized, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s always so nice to be welcomed by someone who genuinely cares about the guests. Fabia is an exceptional host & bartender. Upon walking into the establishment, Fabia was very attentive & a pleasure to speak with. Fabia was the only employee working at TGI Friday during my visit & the way she managed the establishment under zero support is captivating.

Girls lunch... Kisha was our server she was awsome. My first TGI Fridays experience. Learned cooperate decorated in Valley Stream way to go cooperate you did great. Amazing 1st experience. Brining my family hear next wkd.

We came in on a Wednesday at noon for a quick bite to eat n drink. The food and drinks were great. The service was above expectations. Our server Fabia was delightful and was very attentive. She was very helpful and informative with all of our questions about the menu. They music set the mood and the service made our experience great. Will be back soon
